MEET CALISTA! Her name means "most beautiful" and that is surely the case with pretty Calista. This sweet 7-year-old Doberman Pinscher was recently rescued from a California shelter. She was likely used for breeding and then dumped by her previous people. The shelter experience was also a scary one for her. She walks really well on a leash but is afraid of loud noises, so she'd do the best in a quiet home with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. We will update this posting as we learn more about her, but we know so far she is a sweet, loving and gentle girl. She weighs 66 lbs.
